Develop — custom software

Software built around your business

Off-the-shelf systems ask you to reshape the business around the software. Here it works the other way round: the system is built around the way you already work.

Every piece of data in a different place

It isn't that the tools are missing. It's that none of the ones you use talk to each other.

  • Your data lives between spreadsheets and WhatsApp — The information that matters sits in chats, attachments and files that only one person knows how to find.
  • The same data entered three times — First in the system, then in the spreadsheet, then in the confirmation message. Each time, another chance to get it wrong.
  • No single view of bookings and clients — To see how the week is going you open four tools and add it up in your head.
  • Licences for features nobody opens — You pay per user, every month, for a package designed for a company that isn't yours.
  • Processes that live in one person's head — When that person is on holiday, the process stops.
Capability

What we can build

These aren't ready-made packages: they're the kinds of system we know how to build. Each one starts from your real workflow.

Operations

Operations platform

Bookings, clients, teams and daily tasks in a single interface. Who's doing what, by when, and where it stands.

Clients

Client portal

A private area where the client finds documents, work status and updates. Far fewer progress emails.

Hospitality

Booking system

Availability, enquiries, confirmations and calendar in one place, running on your property's rules rather than a generic tool's.

Leadership

Internal dashboard

The numbers you check every Monday, updated on their own. No exports to rebuild by hand.

Sales

CRM-style lead management

Every enquiry tracked from first contact to close. Nothing lost inside a chat.

Product

SaaS product

When the software is the business and not just the tool: accounts, subscriptions, roles and customer data. Even just the first version, the one you need to launch.

Automation

Workflow automation

Confirmations, reminders, reports and hand-offs between teams run by the system, not by someone remembering to do them.

How we work

Six stages, no surprises

Every stage ends with something you can see and judge.

01

Analysis

We look at how you work today: who does what, where it jams, what gets redone by hand every week.

02

Design

We draw the screens and the flows before writing any code. You see them and correct them while changing them is cheap.

03

Build

We build in blocks. At the end of each block you have something to open and try, not a promise.

04

Testing

You test it yourself, with real data and your company's awkward cases. It gets fixed before it goes live.

05

Launch

Data migration, access, team training. We go live when you're ready, not a day sooner.

06

Improvement

The work changes, the system follows. Changes and new features when they're genuinely needed.

Technology

Under the hood

It sits at the bottom of the page for a reason: it's the part you shouldn't have to evaluate.

01

Web applications

They open in the browser, on computer and phone. Nothing to install.

02

Database

One structured store: your data lives in a single place.

03

APIs and integrations

The system talks to the tools you already use, wherever they expose a way in.

04

Cloud hosting

Managed infrastructure, with backups and security updates.

05

Authentication and roles

Each person sees what they need. Nothing more.

06

Analytics

We measure how the system is actually used, to see what needs simplifying.

07

Automations

Scheduled tasks and rules that fire on their own, overnight included.

What changes

Less friction, more control

No percentages. These are the things you feel in the day-to-day work.

01

Information in one place

One source, not five versions of the same table.

02

Less repeated manual work

What the system can do on its own stops taking up a person.

03

Visibility on operations

You know where things stand without having to ask around.

04

A system that follows your workflow

You don't fit the work to the software: the software fits you.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the code?

You do. We put it in writing before we start: source code, database and access stay with your company.

What happens if we stop working together?

The system stays yours and keeps running. We hand over code, data and documentation: any developer can pick it up from there, without asking us for anything.

Does it connect to the tools we already use?

Where the tool exposes an API or an export, yes: management systems, calendars, spreadsheets, booking systems. We check tool by tool before we start, not once the work is under way.

Can we start small?

That's the way we recommend. Start with the process that costs you the most time, get that running, and add the rest once the first piece has proved it was worth it.

What does maintenance actually cover?

Keeping the system updated and running: servers, security, fixes, small adjustments. New features are a separate matter and are handled on their own, as small projects.

How do we get to a quote?

Every system has a different scope, so the quote comes after the first conversation, never before. Describe the process you need solved and we'll tell you what it takes to build it.

Tell us what you need built

Describe the process that costs you the most time today. We'll tell you whether it makes sense to build software around it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
